Kids' Personalized Audio CDs

What if I want more than one kids’ personalized CD on the same order?
     All you need to do is click the "continue shopping" button on the view cart page. That will take you back to the name search page so you can choose another name and album then add it to the shopping cart.

What if I want more than one name on a kids’ personalized CD?
    You can only choose one name for a CD but when checking out you can add other name to the extra three lines of message that are allowed on the label.

What if I want to change the spelling of the child’s name?
     As long as the pronunciation is correct when you listen to the sample, all you have to do is to change the spelling on the form when you check out.

What if I don’t want to use all three lines of additional information on the label?
     It is not necessary to use all three lines of information. Just leave the unused lines blank and they won't appear on the label.

What if I want to find the price of the albums before I buy?
    On the left of this page click on "pricing" to see the prices of our products.

What if the CD has the wrong name or gender in it?
     If the information that you enter in the label name and message area in the checkout is the same as on the CD you receive, then you will need to purchase another CD if it is not what you want.  If there is an error on the label or the wrong name in the music then just return it to us and we will send you a corrected CD at no additional cost.

What if my CD breaks?
     We have a lifetime replacement policy. Give us a call or email us and we will send you a replacement CD for 1/2 of the original price plus shipping.

Shipping

What if I buy more than one product, is the shipping cheaper?
     Yes.  The more you purchase the cheaper the shipping cost.

What if I want the order shipped to a different address?
    Please type the shipping address in the "Special Shipping Instructions" box during checkout.

Can I ship to more than one address?
    If you are ordering more than one CD, please put the name of each CD and where you want it shipped in the "Special Shipping Instructions " box when checking out.

What if the address I want the product shipped to is a P.O. box?
     That is ok.

What if I need to know when the CD will come in the mail?
    Most orders are produced and shipped within 24 hours from the time you place the order.  So in most cases you should receive your order in 4 to 5 days.

What if I pay using Pay Pal or Google, when will my order be shipped?
    Your order will be processed and shipped within 24 hours.

What if I pay by check, when will my order be shipped?
    Your order will be processed and shipped after we receive your check.

What if I need to get the CD tomorrow?
    Unfortunately all of our orders go out regular mail.

Payment

What if I want to pay by check?
    That is no problem.  Just check the "check" box in the payment window when checking out and send us the check with a copy of your order.

What if I want to pay by credit card?
    If you don't have either a Paypal or a Google then we recommend using the Google account anyway. Google will ask you for your credit card information without having a Google account.

What if I want to use Google or Pay Pal to pay for my order?
    If you don't have a Google account we would recommend that you sign up for one. Although we accept Paypal as well.

What if I live in Minnesota, will I pay sales tax?
    Yes if the order is billed to a resident of Minnesota, then a sales tax will be charged.

What if I live outside of Minnesota, will I pay sales tax?
    No.

What if I find a product, but I want to buy it at a later time?
    No problem. When you add the item to the shopping cart, instead of checking out just click "add to my wish list."  You can view your wish list by clicking on the "My Wish List" link at the top of the page.

Gift Certificate

What if I want to buy a gift certificate?
    Click on "Gift Certificates" on the left menu.

What if I want to redeem a gift certificate?
    The only thing you need to do is enter your gift certificate code in the payment window during checkout.  This code is located in the email or letter you received when the gift certificate was giving to you.

What if I lose my gift certificate?
    That is no problem.  All we need is the invoice number of the order from the giver of the certificate.  then we can send you another copy of the certificate.

What if my gift certificate has expired?
    Your gift certificate has no expiration date.

Name Searches

What if I can’t find my name in the name search?
     Check for a name that sounds the same, even though it has a different spelling.  The spelling can easily be changed by changing the spelling in the spelling field in the shopping cart and then clicking update.

What if I know the name is available, do I need to do a name search?
    Yes, in order for us to insure we get the right information to produce your CD we need you to do the name search first. 

What if I don’t do a name search?
    This is the only way to purchase a custom CD.

What if I find my name in the name search but it’s for the wrong gender?
    We don't supply all names for all albums.  If your name is listed but for the wrong gender, then listen to the samples.  If you approve, then continue with the purchase.

What if I can’t find my name for Spanish products?
    At this time we don't have as many names available for the Spanish albums.  Please email us and we can add your name to our production list. 

What if I want to put an English name in a Spanish album?
    We're sorry. That can't be done.

What if I do a name search and decide not to purchase any albums?
     You can go back to our home page or pick the "buy now" button and then put it in your "Wish List" by clicking "Add to Wish List" instead of "Add to Cart".
